I inherited working interests in Reagan and Glasscock counties. I think many of them are on the border of the two counties. I was recently offered 8k per acre to purchase my working interests in the following Sections: Glasscock: NE/4 Section 28, Township 5 South, Blk 35

Reagan: All of Sections 7 & 8, Block A SE/4 of Sec 9, Block A

Reagan and Glasscock; NE4 & SW4 of Section 39 NE4 & SW4 of Section 40 NE4 & SW4 of Section 46

Do you think that is a fair offer?

if your interests are the only ine charged with an " operating fee " and nobody else is.
