I was offered $12,500 for my Mineral interests in Lubbock county by platform energy. It’s one half of an undivided 1/2 of the usual 1/8 of royalties under all if the w/2 of section 6 block D. Is anyone else around Lubbock county getting offers? Is this a good or bad offer?
