Offers for Garvin CO. Minerals

Robert,

You can change the spelling of your name in the "settings" at the upper right of the pages.

Thanks, I made the change

Does anyone have have any information about section 35 township 2 north, range 3 west garvin county?

John,

There has been a rig on it about 5 weeks now.

I continue to receive offers to sell my mineral rights ( Garvin County, 18-3N-4W) each months from various companies. The latest offer has increased from $6500.00 per acre, back in April of 2013 to $9000.00 per acre as of January of 2014. Still wonder what's going on in Garvin county?

Have not received any royalty checks either.

Robert, are you waiting on payment from the Smith 1-18H?

Offers are probably due to the new well 1H-22 in Garvin Co. 22-3N-4W that is producing 509 BOPE.

Sorry,

But I'm not familiar with who you are referring to, Smith 1-18H?

According to the web page listed they have a producing well with Marathon Oil Company. No I haven't received any royalty from the production of this well.

any good news in section 20-3N-4W?

After some research with regards to the Smith 1-18H well I called Marathon. They asked for my full name and current address. They had another Rankin listed with a different address? I then gave them all the information they requested and they gave me a case number. Later that after noon received a call stating they were going to e-mail me a W-9 form to fill out with current address and was informed to fax to the Marathon Division Order dept. I did this yesterday afternoon. No sure what was going on except maybe checks going to the other Rankin? Time will tell I guess.

Mr. Rankin, how many months has that well been producing? Good thing you started asking questions.

I also have interest in the Smith well. I received my first check in Dec 2012 and it included production from April 2012. My memory, however good that is, tells me I had to ask for interest because my first check did not come with six months. If there is any information you would like me to look up on my stubs, let me know.
