3n-4w has some very good wells . The well in 21 has done over 450 BOD & 4,000 MCF of Gas for the last 82 days . That is why they want to buy .
Patricia- what township and range?
I own mineral rights at 18-3N-4W Garvin County, have been receiving offers from Bridgepoint, Master Mineral Holding and Aegis @ $8,000 per acre. Is activity taking place there?

They drilled a well there in 2012.
Thanks for the reply, I guess that's a good thing?
Are you getting a check on the well ? They started sending them out about 6 months ago.
No, I haven't received any checks just offers each month to purchase the mineral rights.
Same here, just offers to buy, no check.

On the 1st page of the Pooling Document under Findings my name appears, Robert Edward Rankin about mid way down. On page 5 of the Exhibit"A", last page my Grandfather name appears Robert H. Fitzgerald. He was the original owner of the mineral royalties in Garvin County. He died (1943) and left rights to his daughter and son. His daughter was my mother, Margaret Fitzgerald. When she died (1950) she let the royalties to her son, me Robert Edward Rankin, age 7 at the time. When my Uncle died (1993) he left his royalties to me also his nephew. His name Robert F. Fitzgerald.

I show you signed a lease with Continental 6/1/11, recorded in book 1960 , page 406. You should be getting a check , and they should pay you some interest.
Mine are in Section 9, T1N, R2W - if someone offered me anywhere close to that for mine they can have it!
Hello I also was offered to sell my rights to same companies for same rate back in June. I asked for $8, 000 , when they only wanted to pay $6, 600.
Received new offer to purchase mineral rights September 9th. by the Stamps Brothers Oil And Gas, LLC. They offered $100.00 per acre over any previous offer I have received, which was $8000.00 per acre.
