Good Morning Everyone-

I have been getting calls regarding my interests in sections 8 and 34. These have not leased in a while so I was curious what might have caused the uptick in interest. Anyone have any ideas as to what fair market value in these sections might be?

When you get multiple calls like that, it usually means that something might be brewing and folks want to buy minerals before the rest of the world finds out about it. Continental is leasing in that general area and that usually means they have horizontal drilling in mind.
