We just leased for $450 and 3/16 . Considering the state of the oil industry at this time I thought that it was a fair offer. Logan County.
In Payne County I got an offer of $4,000 per nma in 10-18N-3E
Has anyone received an offer since the price of crude oil fell? I would be surprised if anyone is, but if they are, I would further be surprised to see anyone offer more than 2 x the typical lease bonus. The price crash will cause a "freeze up" of sales already not in the pipeline. At least that is my fear, but I would want to hold off for at least the next 12 - 18 months. And unless the winter cold deepens, I don't see gas prices improving either.
