Any activity in sec.10 and 11 6n 5 e?
There some older producing wells in section 11, but no new activity.
I’m trying to find out for a friend , she inherited some royalty’s in Seminole co.sec.10 and 11 06 n 5 e .Her fathers name was jimmy Douglas. Her mom told her before she past that they got a letter stating that they had back pay. Thank you
The family should search the OK state treasurer’s office for unclaimed funds. If the father lived out of state, also search that state and the state of Delaware (some companies domicile there). Also go to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and look up Mineral Owners Escrow Account on the search button. Search under his name and see if anything is posted.
