If anyone has worked with a well educated, smart, non-gouging and responsive oil and gas attorney in the Duncan and Lawton, Oklahoma (Stephens County) area and could share their names, we would be very grateful.
We currently have an attorney in Chickasha that we believe is getting ready to retire and is taking months to get any work done, so we must find someone else but we need someone that is professional, quick, personable, wants to build a long term relationship but is practical in their advice and fees.

I used Tyson Schwerdtfeger out of Tulsa and he was outstanding. He is with the Gable/Gotwals firm and has done work for both the oil companies and individuals. Even though he's in Tulsa, nearly everything is done over email and the phone.

Does anyone else have any recommendations of oil/gas attorney in the Stephens, County area?
I'm going to talk to the gentleman in Tulsa, but when it comes to deed work and having to get deeding straightened out, it seems to be very beneficial to have someone in the area that can hit the courthouse more easily. We have properties in Grady and all the counties surrounding it, so if someone is aware of a good oil and gas attorney in Grady County or Stephens County or one of the surrounding counties, please let me know.
