Has anyone on this forum been doing business with JayBee Productions. I signed a lease with them about 4 years ago. The drilling/royalties have slowly been going downhill. I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same scenario.
I haven't done business with them, but I have had a "slow down" and the company told me they were doing this to cover post production costs to cover new transmission lines and facilities. Columbia gas has paid out millions for this practice in the past. I have retained a lawyer.

I also have been getting Royalties from Jay Bee, and yes the checks have been going down and will over the years, however all Royalties from all Companies will slowly depreciate, so partner, we all are in the same boat.
