We just received an offer for lease at $200 per acre & 3/16 royalty on our rights at Section 30, Township 27N, Range 02E. Does anyone know what activity is happening in the area, and the going rate per acre?
I have seen $350 and 1/5; or $400 and 3/16; or $450 and 1/6 in Kay as recently as this month.
