I am being offered an oil & gas lease in Reeves County. My legal is:
W/2 S/2 SE/4 of Section 13, Block C-21. What would be the going rate per acre for this section? Thank you in advance for your help.

I'm in Blk C-18 Sec 4 and I was offered 2000/acre, but a going rate I have seem quoted in this blog in the hotest sectors (not sure where they are) is supposed to be $3500/acre.
