I am just curious if anyone else is seeing any lease activity in this county so far in 2021?

not even any billings co offerings for the last 2 state lease auctions
So if a lease offer is made what should be inferred from that offer?
Not exactly sure how State auctions work, but I think a landman would look to see what fields (state - not private) are free from leases and then they would ‘nominate’ that piece to be placed in the auction. If no Billings Co. pieces are ‘nominated’ then none will be in the auction.
