I was going to check activity in records of Grady County Clerk's office. Is OK County Records, for a fee, only on line source?
The listing are free but to view and print documents $1/page.
Yes, it is the only on-line source for researching documents and you can only go back to probably sometime in the 90's. If you need documents before that date you will need to go look yourself or hire someone to do it for you.
ON OK Co Rec the s-t-r were not even visible. I will just grab what I can get from OCC. I guess the counties are sharing in the profits proportionately from OCR. I was hoping that I could get in more directly. Money, money, money for public records. Not important enough to drive to the other part of the state to obtain. Thanks fellow MRF friends.
Stephanie, If you are just wanting to see if there is any leasing in your section I will be glad to take a look. Just give me your section, township and range. If you need additional information you can friend me and we can discuss it.
You can subscribe to the service which is run by an outfit called Kelpro. It costs $25 per month to view up to 50 document pages without cost. You have to buy tokens for $1 per page to print. Not all counties participate.
