The National Association of Royalty Owners Ok chapter puts out a quarterly newsletter (one of the many benefits of being an OK Member). Are there any burning general issues for Oklahoma mineral owners that you would like to see covered? If so, post them here. Our goal is to provide value for our members.
How about something along the lines of how important it is to keep up with what it is that you own. As in possessing a valid legal description of the minerals that you own, and understanding how many net mineral acres that is. Seems to me a LOT of worry, hand wringing, and exposure to getting taken would be eliminated by these two items.
