I need to find old oil deeds (late 1930s to middle 1950s) for Eddy County NM. Any suggestions as to a good online source. Does not have to be free.

I moved this over to the Eddy County area.
I save mine for seven years according to the advice from my accountant about IRS rules.
We use courthouse direct.
