I got in a 10 well play in Northeast Oklahoma. The wells are not good and out of 10 produce about 1 bbl a day. The original operator was tossed out by the majority. The new guys that took over have not followed the JOA. Since December of 2014 I have received one JIB in July 2015. We don't get production reporting. We don't get communication. We basically aren't told anything. I have asked for my assignment since January 2015 and to this date still do not have it. What is my recourse? At this point I would love to sell it (not worth much 1% WI) or get my assignment and assign it to the current operator or another investor.
