Operator not paying Gas Royalties

Apache has also started not paying for Gas although it shows gas being delivered to the transmission line. Apparently something similar happened with an operator named Scout? Apache bought out Callon. When it was Callon the gas was shown as being delivered to processing, but showing production costs exceeding value before the switchover. Also no payment for PPROD which I guess the RRC doesn’t track? Or I don’t know where to look?

Try checking the State Comptroller’s site CONG where operators post their monthly sales for severance tax purposes.

The information on your wells should be posted there based on their lease numbers under Lease Drop-Natural Gas and Lease Drop-Crude Oil. If you can’t figure out how to find your wells use the Looking Glass feature at the top of this page using key word CONG to find previous posts on accessing information there.

Apache is paying both oil and gas royalties on former Callon wells, starting with production month of August 2024. Apache pays oil royalties for one month and gas royalties for prior month. So first check in September was for August oil. Second check in October is for September oil and for August gas, liquids (NGL) and plant condensate.

Our royalties were a lot smaller. The paperwork does not show any production. Has anyone else have this happen. Does it mean no production in that month or what? Did it dry up? How do I find out?

Is there the same site for Oklahoma?

A similar site for OK for the last 12 months of production (a several month lag).

Are you talking about Apache or another company? You may need to download the check detail from Enverus.
