Can I get a Determination of heirship in the courts in Ca. if my mineral rights are in Texas ?
Courts in one state have no jurisdiction over property in another. It might work but might not. You should have it done in the state where the minerals are.

I think Todd is correct. I’m not licensed in Texas, but you might want to ask a Texas attorney about Texas Estates Code Section 503.001-501.008. It might be possible to file a probate order from a different state.
