I recently received from Diamondback a TX RRC Form P-17 TX Exception to Rules 26 / 27 Commingle Permit Application on an interest applicable to Ward County Block 34, Sections 99 - 101.
Does this pertain only to casing-head gas produced (and associated liquids) and not straight oil production.
Can anyone shed some light or thoughts?
