PAYNE COUNTY - Any drilling in S15-T20N-R04E?

There has been a completion rig on the 'Vitek' property (20N 2E sec 24) for the last week. Driving by just a little while ago, there was gas/water blowing out the top of the well pipe @ 6' high. Still have frac tanks there so still working on it. The drilling rig on the SE corner of 20N 3E sec 19 seems to be running again. It was laid over for a few days like they were doing repairs. Wonder if the intent to drill was for that one?

There activity just south of that location...(drilling rig) and a new permit to drill on David and Sylivia Dewitt

For what it's worth, Devon is now offering us 2.5 times the rate they did last summer for access to run 3D seismic mapping on our 80 acres. They are using GoldStar Land Services and I'll bet other holdouts on section 14 are getting the same offer.

Red Fork contacted us about 45 days ago about a drilling site on our surface acres but have not called again. Given the relative size of Devon (large), I'm guessing Red Fork is simply playing for a minority share of a Devon operation.

Thomas - Thought I'd let you that I received a Division Order last week for S15-T20N-R04E indicating that a well was completed in April and started producing around the end of May. The Division Order was asking me to verify my name, address, etc. so that they could start sending monthly royalty payments. Needless to say, this is a nice Christmas present!! I was surprised to get the Division Order because I had no idea that a well had been drilled!! Merry Christmas! Terri

GoldStar is offering $10/acre in our area to map.

That's all they pay, make sure you attach an exhibit to the permit spelling out exactly what you agree to, set backs from buildings, wells, etc and define damages and the amount paid for the damages caused by the vibe trucks. You can get paid additional damages of about $300 per acre for the 12' wide tracks on the vibe trucks, they will drive the tracks and calculate damages based on the distance driven X 12' divided by 43,560.......
