Yes With a payment

I am in need of some information is their any activity on S/2 SW/4 of section 28 Township19 North range 4 East

There is drilling activity in sec 29. Maybe they’ll move to 28 one of these days.

I have minerals in Sec 2-17-3E SE/4 SE/4 and Sec 11-17N-3E NE/4 NE/4. I was wondering what’s happening in that area. I leased to Cher Oil Company. Thanks

I have interest in sec 9-19n-3e. B & W 0perating was granted a relief order not sure what that means but it changed the spacing. Has anyone seen an intent to drill in sec 9. I have interest in creek county Smyth Land Services offered 75.00 and 3/16. I think that is much to low. If anyone has any information on creek county 9-14n-8e and 16-14n-8e. Please let me know. Thank you.

Quintin B&W is filing the paper work for a horizonal well in 9. they will file for a pooling next . In the pooling for section 16 dated 2/25/13 Devon Energy was ordered to offer $250 for 3/16th . In 17 on 6/25/13 they were ordered to offer 250 for 3/16th or 100 for 1/5th.

The only sec with drilling in that township is sec 26.

Looks like the NGL pipeline north of Yost in northern Payne Co is about to get buried. Anyone have an idea of how long it takes for them to start using it? Is the gas plant on Yost Rd ready to go or does it need more stuff done to it? We’ve got 3 producing locations around us so I’d think they’d try to drill before the lease is up in Dec. Wish it was Devon holding our lease instead of Crow Creek.

In Creek Co. the pooling for 21-14n-8e the Oil co. was ordered to offer to offer 125 for 1/8th or 100 for 3/16th. There is a pooling pending on 10.

Ron in the relief order it states relief. Relief Granted further That all royalty interests within each drilling spacing unit are pooled and unitized and each royalty owner shall share in one-eighth of all production from any well thereon in the proportion that the acreage owned by each such royalty owner bears to the entire acreage in the drilling and spacing unit. What does that mean is that a pooling like you are talking about and will that give me one- eighth or three- sixteenths like my lease states. Hope you can clarify this for me. Thanks for the help.

Who has the location built by the old oleo acres station on 33 hwy?

I can"t find pooling orders for 2-17N-3E where they are drilling the Baker 35-1 & 35-2

Thank you Ron! One last question. One family member received the relief order but I did not. They noted that I was listed but with an outdated address. Do I need to try and correct this now with the energy company involved or will my renewed lease be brought to their attention! Thanks again!

They should pick it up when they do the division order title opinion that they will do if they get a well.

My family has some mineral rights in the Henry Township of Payne Co. (Sec 28 19n 3e) One family member received a relief order for spacing. After reading your forum I see pooling would be the next step. The company involved is a different company than who our lease is with. What should we expect next?

They have already filed for the pooling in 28. Doesn’t matter who you are leased with . The pooling will be good for 6 to 12 months, depends on what they ask for. Should be a well in that time somewhere.

As in the lease. The pooling only has to do with the ones who are not leased.

Will our royalties be the same as our lease states or will they be subject to the pooling order?

Kirk I could find no notice of pooling , but I did find a notice for hearing for spacing. Hard to say how long it will be before pooling . When they file for the pooling most have been asking that they be good for a year . Could push it and start drilling in two or three months from spacing . Or they could drag it out for a year or more .
