Pooling application (CD NO 201304908) was ‘Recommended’ on 8/19/13 by the OKC Court of the Corporation Commish. What comes next?

In about one to three week they should issue the Order . If you have not leased you have 20 day from the Order date to make an election . The pooling is good for six months or a year if they ask for it .

I presume this sequence will result in spudding a well within 180 days. Sounds like they’re anxious. Look at the results from their 06-18N-04E

well has built a fire under them!

How long do these wells produce at 100’s of barrels/d?

One month, six months, a year???

At $100/Bbl that’s a LOT of money!

Don’t know . Completion test does not have much to do with rate of production from what I have seen Had one that tested 600+ BOD and has been producing about 100. One tested less then 200 and for the sixty day up to now has been doing about 500. I have heard the shale fall of quick in the first few years but produce for a long time.

I take it the production figures published in the OK Minerals Owner Registry are the ‘Completion test results’. Are any continuing production reports in the public record or are they private?

I have been told by 2 different people a rule of thumb you can use is The Production will decline over 1-2 years to 25% of early production and then stabilize

I looked this up for an email for Michael R. ,thought it might help someone. I found some longer term production from wells that were drilled from or under Sections in 17N-4E. sec 3 under 34-18n-4e 4/10 to 4/13 40,485 BO & 134,009 MCF " 11 " 2 6/12 " " 4,690 " & 26,701 " " 4 " 33-18n-4w " " " 15,854 " & 93,253 " " 5 " ’ ’ 19,646 " & 107,722 " " 6 12/12 to 4/13 11,995 " & 57,313 " " 3 10/12-4/13 9,971 " & 45,705 " Below are the test results on the completion reports for these same wells: Sec 3 udner 34 75 BOD & 150 MCF gas Sec.11 under 2 259 BOD & 652 MCF " Sec 4 under 33 355 BOD & 406 MCF " Sec 5 496 BOD & 710 MCF " Sec 6 302 BOD & 880 MCF " Sec 3 543 BOD & 714 MCf " As you can see test results have little relationship to longer term production. There are a many more wells drilled or drilling in 17N-4E and 18N-4E. They are drilling some wells in the Woodford and some in the Mississipian.

Are the reported production numbers here Mississipian, Woodford or both? Do you know of much difference in the production characteristics of the 2?

They are drilling some in woodford & some in Miss’ian . The Miss’ian are starting out better for the most part . Maybe I can look at that later in more detail .

Those longer term production figures must be ‘cumlative’ production to date since date of completion, not daily rates. Am I correct?

correct

I’m curious to know if anyone has received Division papers for any of the Peach wells drilled from 19-19N-1W. The horizontal drilled under section 29 shows a first production date of 4-4-13. I know Devon has 6 months but just wondering if anyone has heard or recieved anything. The OCC website still shows no production figures for any of the 4 legs drilled from that surface hole other than the test figures. Two were Woodford and 2 were Miss. Also wondering if anyone attended the OCC public meeting in Perry to discuss fracing.

Can someone suggest a few people who can provide the following service in Payne County. Retrieve copies of official records at the County pertaining to mineral rights and send them to me. Our family is not listed in the County’s electronic records. We need to track down the family’s interest and provide that to the County so that we are among those listed electronically. After choosing someone, I will provide what information I do have–old leases. I will follow this comment for the next week or so. I am not able to monitor on a daily basis.

It sure has gotten quiet around here…Does this mean drilling in Payne is slowing down? They seemed to be getting pretty close to my section…

New well section 31 18n 4e any info? Any recent activity section 26 18n 3e? This is calyx.
