I guess all interest in all the formations in the section were not held by production .

Richard Spahn, I have minerals in Sec 17-19N-01W and turned down an offer of $350 3/16th over a yr ago. I just posted this very recent article on The Scoop and The Stack and do believe The Scoop could extend over towards us, but it may not be as good as the core area shown in this article. Keep in mind that the lease prices talked about in this lease are now old and may not reflect what Newfield would have to pay for that same mineral acres now. http://seekingalpha.com/article/1818562-meramec-shale-oil-play-unve…

They have not had the Pooling hearing yet so there are no orders on 2,10, & 14 . So far they have just ask for the hearings .

The Peach 1-19MH from first sale in March to the end of June 2013 did 22,042 BO & 116,332 MCF gas

Ron, why would they pool section 19? It is already held by production. Maybe you are referring to a township other than 19n. Sometimes multiple discussions are hard for me to follow.

Ron 19 19n 1w. sorry

If all interests in all formations in the section were held, what would be the first indication that a mineral owner would have that there was an intent to drill? I have interest in sec 29. The Miss in my section is held by production from the Peach well. If no one in 29 had a depth clause in their lease, how would I find out if there were plans to drill the Woodford, say from 19? Would Devon have to file an “Intent To Drill”?

Richard there are Poolings pending on sections 2,10,&14

Martha, a broker offered a Devon Lease.

Ron,where can I find pooling orders?

Ron, Have they recently asked for pooling hearings in Sec. 17 or any contiguous sections? I believe they will come from Sec. 21 below me or Sec 8 above. Sec. 19, 20 and 22 have been drilled from or into.

Formations are tightly stacked in Sec 29 (see intent to drill) MISSISSIPPIAN 5050, WOODFORD 5270, SYLVAN 5350. Also, Arbuckle (dolomite) is being used for injection wells, and Granite may overlay the Sylvan. Devon is drilling all around the fault establishing well control to define what 3D can’t, as they have to find the answers too.

I was wondering there was any activity on my sections s/2 SW/4 of section 28 township 19 I also need to know my lease will be up in Feb and when should I hear anything and could you find out who is leased to

Katie, Superior Oil and Gas acquired the Kirby 28-2 which is a shallow gas well in SW 28-19N-01W, but I don’t know the spacing or production. You might want to contact Superior (405-884-2080) and ask if they are holding your Section 28-19N-01W Payne County by production.

Mr. Von Wilson, I didn’t intend my question to be perceived as a suggestion that Devon or any other oil company would try to get by with something. I have not been through this phase of the process and honestly want to know if there is something to be looking for “intent to drill”, pooling order, etc., or if the permit to drill showing the bottom hole location of my section will be the first indication. My lease and I believe the pooling orders for Peach 1-29MH listed the Miss, Sylvan, and Woodford but the Miss was the formation that was produced. If they want to come back and explore the Woodford in sec 29, I would thing that pooling would be a mute point… thus my origional question. I get what you are saying. It’s just that reality is complex enough for me right now. No offense.

They will file an intent to drill , but it will be filed on the section of the surface location of the well . If they drill another well under 29 from 19 the intent to drill will be filed under 19 so you will have to look there. If the surface location of the well is 29 you will have to look there.
