If any of you OWN YOUR LAND, and have noticed the irrigation pipe lying up and down some of Payne and Pawnee county roads the past months… keep in mind, if it lies on your side of the road, that IS your property, and you ought to be compensated for the right to put it there. Pawnee county commissioner, District ONE, said the lines should not be in the bar ditch, but on the property owners land. AS such, you should be paid for it. There is a long ten inch pipeline running west from 18hwy on 5700 road to around West Point and then in a round about route to Glencoe Road… the pipeline contractor, did not notify the property owners to ask permission in many cases, and did not file a permit in Pawnee county… until we had issues with them and checked all this out.
Take HEED. Contractor is ONE FLOW.

OK, Red Fork already has a platform on my property in section 14, and they leased it for 3 years, one (1) year to go on lease…NE/4 is the property in section 14, they have two (2) orders for that property…What do ya think?

The Pooling hearing was moved to 12/3/13. They could start the well before the pooling is done.

At least their landman has said they built the platform a few weeks ago, not sure what a platform is, since they bring the rigs in…suppose to be a Top Drill Rig…

How long does it take from the Filing of the Pooling Application and that being OK’d and to get the Intent to Drill app Ok’d?..And does pooling mean everyone in that pool splits the pot or our your minerals on your land your minerals even though pooled? Just asking…Section 14 Payne County Woodford Shale Unit…

It should read NE/4 14-? N-? E or W

The time is different . Best case two months . Worse case never. Pooling does not matter to you if your leased . The intent to drill is good for a year. There is more then one section 14 in Payne Co. Need township & range also . 14- ? n- ? e or w

Section 14-19N-04E…Sectrion 14, Townshio 19, North Range 1, West, Order number 340093 N/2 NE/4 and Order No. 346754 S/2 NE/4…Does this help Ron?

Thanks Go Fast, for the reply. If you don’t mind sharing the name of your oil and gas attorney, I’d appreciate it.

Regards, Steve

For those concerned about future Oil prices: What matters is the spread between the price of the North American benchmark for crude oil, known as WTI crude, and the global one, known as Brent crude. The next 2 articles give great explanations, but do not try to trade the difference between Brent and WTI unless you know it like the back of your hand. http://hypervolatility.com/macroeconomics/the-oil-arbitrage-brent-v…

Have a Wonderful Thanksgiving and Thank God from whom all blessings and oil/gas flow.

Ron, are these recently reported production numbers Mississippi or Woodford or both? Is that info available? I spoke to a guy from an oil company who told me they are liking the Woodford wells a little better

The two Devon wells are woodford

Ron McKenzie, Do you think is there a possibility of Devon Pooling Sec. 17-19N-01W in 2013?

TS Dudley had the most leases in 17 ,most were up this year . He had option for extension on many . County records now show that Devon made a deal with him on the options. 2013 might be hard to do .

Richard Spahn, Sec 10-19N-01W should be a good producer and should have access to the Great Salt Planes pipeline. Well%20Database%20Payne%20County.docx

Our lease is up in Feb and I was wondering will they try to offer a new lease
