Katie, Are you receiving any royalty payments? Superior Oil & Gas has a gas well in SW 1/4 of 28-19N-01W API # 3511923712 the Kirby 28-2. The permit was for 2004 and expired on 2/6/2005, however the spud was filed 2/10/2005 with the original date blacked out and changed: http://imaging.occeweb.com/OG/Well%20Records/001B1F4A.pdf Here is the application to drill, recomplete or reenter that contains the letter stating the permit expiration date. http://imaging.occeweb.com/OG/Well%20Records/0030F0B9.pdf Here is the completion report indicting in writing that the well has a 46 % Nitrogen content in the gas: http://imaging.occeweb.com/OG/Well%20Records/0030F0B9.pdf This well was transferred to Superior Oil & Gas: http://imaging.occeweb.com/OG/Well%20Records/030465E8.pdf

If you are not receiving royalty payments, I suggest you contact Superior Oil & Gas 405-884-2080 or 405 884-2069 and follow up with a letter requesting, in writing, requesting the legal status of the Kirby 28-2 located in the SW 1/4 of 28-19N-01W Payne County, OK API # 3511923712.

Katie, Nitrogen can be used for fracturing horizontal wells and the Kirby 28-2 has extremely high nitrogen content and a new lease should address and this situation: http://lindeoilandgas.com/index.php/products-and-services/fracturin…

Katie, Do you mean phone # for Superior Oil & Gas? The first # is from their OCC well transfer and the second is listed on their internet website. Do you have a mineral deed showing you own any minerals in the SW 1/4 of Section 28-19N-01W Payne County Oklahoma?

We haven’t received nothing of any royalty at all is this a good number

Katie, what does your paperwork say to the top of the page. Is it a lease, an assignment, a mineral deed or a quit claim deed?

Yes I have my paper worked I sign 3 years ago

To be honest it is a mineral deed

Thank you Ron for the help!

How many acres do you have ?

Not much at all. But, all of my family have mineral rights in Payne county. My grandpa was a wise man when he and his siblings bought all of this. We all know not to sale because we will pass it on forever.

Katie, Look on your mineral deed and give me the exact legal description of your minerals and the date you acquired the minerals and I will do the research and see if you should have received any royalty payments and what is happening with Sec 28.

I was wondering if any one can tell me what is going on in Section 28-18N-04E I recieved a division and not sure what all this is about.

Ron, I am not sure what all if that means. I do like that the well is called the Buckles though considering that is my maiden name.

It looks to be a nice well . There are others around it , and they should drill more in your section at some point.

Hello everyone

I am new here and very much interested to know about 11-17N-4E. to also know how many barrel they are producing.from where do i get rig production information?

Kunal-

I am also very interested in this area. I and my family own N1/2 -12-17N-4E (next door to the east) and we just seem to be waiting for Calyx to drill. There is currently a surface well on 11-17N-4E that terminates beneath 2-17N-4E (north of 11-17N-4E). There is apparently a proposed well that is to use the same surface pad on 11-17N-4E to terminate beneath my property. Our lease with Calyx ends 08/14 so if they are going to drill, I would expect some sort of action in the next few months.

From what I understand, the well was drilled in the NE corner of 11-17N-4E, and then runs horizontally to the NW beneath 2-17N-4E. Which means (again, from what I understand) that most of the actual production would be from 2-17N-4E and the only monetary value from 11-17N-4E would be the surface lease. I could very well be completely wrong, but this is what I’ve gathered.

Howdy all, ok I’m going to jump right in here…This is my first rodeo with this Oil/Gas/Mineral rights issues. I’m trying to figure out how to get to the bottom of a problem with verifying ownership percentages? My 90 year young mother thought she transferred all her interest to me in 2002 and a few months ago I had a second & third company send me D/O’s to sign for what I think I have is 80 acres at E2 SW/4 SEC.12 T18N, R2E from Gavilon LLC/ Truevine Operating LLC is for oil and now third is Superior Pipeline Co. for Gas. The first is Sunco. But the problem is ExTex wanted to know if I knew of a Margie Freeman which I said yes my Mother and they are saying that they show she still has interest showing, so now she to is getting RI from them both to start this month. She wants to pass these interests to me ASAP in full which she thought she did in 2002. I received a small hand full of OLD DOCS from my Mother that starts with my Great Grandfather Clarence H Stone, ORIGINAL LAND PATENT from congress in 1898. Anyhow should I be having an abstract done on his original 160 acres or how is determined? Do they charge by the tract? And what is considered a tract? If the oil company doesn’t find an owners contact info, I heard they forward al the monies to the OK. State Franchise Board for holding, How do I find out if they have any monies for my Mother in an holding account?? How do we make sure ALL the INTEREST she was passed down is in my name because she thought it was all signed over. And they are actually showing her at a higher interest than I ??? Strange…Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks Kindly.
