They may or they may not. If they don’t you can make a election under the pooling. Below is a pooling for section 30. Your elections for 31 should be the same or better.

American Energy has our leases now. Do I recall that someone was offered $3000 per acrea for 26 18n 3e? Any rumor of activity in 30&31 18n 4e also 26 18n 3e. This offer was to buy their lease.

Ron had idea about info you gave me about sec 26 18n 3e. When do you think they will start drilling? Again thanks!!!

Ron, can you find if there is a pooling order for 25-19n-02e, drilling will be from sec 36?

Rob I could find no pooling yet but it looks like they are filing paper work for three wells.

I’ll see what I can find.

Robert I don’t know when they will start, the pooling is good for a year.

Robert, I’m the one that discussed 26 18n 3e with you previously. They just drilled a vertical well on the nw part of the section. Don’t know about any royalties from that. And yes, my maximum buyout offer was $3000 per net acre. I have heard nothing else lately.

Tom just talked to american energy and they said the. Metcalf 26 and the Cartwright were purpose wells on 26 18n 3e. She did not have addition info. She told me to call back 1st of Sept. If you have more info please notify me.

I know people who sold their minerals for a fraction of actual value. Now, they realize how bad they had been taken and infill drilling hasn’t even started. Don’t be fooled, AEP isn’t buying leases to just drill more verticals. Aubrey McClendon knows OK geology and horizontal drilling like the back of his hand, so mineral owners should too.

Good morning Ron, your saying that 26 18N 3E has been drilled under from 35? I have received no paperwork from anyone, maybe it takes awhile? Please tell me how this works.

drilled from 35-19n-2e under 35 and 26 a multiunit paid to owners under 35 &26

Castlerock Resources, Inc is offering $3,750 per acre to purchase lease in Payne Co worth $10,000 per acre worse case scenario valuation.

Tom sorry it took me so long to get back to you. What kind of paper work are you looking for ? If you are leased you won’t get much maybe the spacing notice. After the well is done a few months you will get a divison order then the first check which will be for several months. If you think it will help send me a friend request and I will send you my #

Does anyone know about the payments for 9-17N-4E in Payne cty. It is past time for it to start paying.

I talked to Tom early this morning and did some more looking . It looks like there are some old wells in 26-18n-3e. Are you getting any checks from these wells. If not have you leased ? Now that they have the pooling it should not be long before they drill. Let me know how I can help.

Ron pooling on sec 26-18n-3e only states this section. Will operator be required to stay in this section when they drill?

Ron you indicate that a well drilled from 35-19n-2e under 35 and 26. Tom and I have 26-18n-3e which is a long distance. Would you please review this.

We are not receiving checks from old wells. We leased within two or three years ago. I guess depending spacing if we are entitled to anything. We have 30 net acres in section 26.
