Is there a database that one can search to see drilling permits in Martin County Texas that have been submitted by an operator but not yet approved? Getting offers in a section with no new activity. Just P&A vertical wells.
RRC website under Queries / Drilling Permits. At the bottom of the Permits page, enter a date range using Submitted Date (instead of Approved Date). You may not want to limit to a single operator in case another operator or an oddly named subsidiary has filed permits.
