Clint - these links are bad. Could you possibly reload them? Sure do appreciate you sharing this info here in this way!
John,
It's the RR Commission website has been down. Try pulling up the links again.

John,
This is a notice that I sent yesterday to RR Commission 'Help Desk'

Jesse,
When you say 'your public facing IP address' I have no idea what you're talking about. Apparently I am not the only 1 having problems pulling up drilling permits 'W-1' from the chatter on Mineral Rights Forum. Also the GIS Mapping system was not working properly. I could not pull up maps. It certainly would help users if a disclaimer was put up to let us know that maintenance is being done instead of just shutting us out with no notice of any kind. That's being very rude.

Were you trying to access the query pages that Saturday, June 22nd 2013 or the main website? Also, what is your public facing IP address? That would help us troubleshoot. Regards Jesse

Subject: Website Down?? All day Saturday June 22, 2013 unable to use the RR Commission Website. Why can't a notice be put on the main page of the website being shut down for maintenance or whatever reason. You just leave us hanging this way. My friends are calling me today about the problem so it's not my computer.
