Why do you want to post every permit in several counties every time that one is put on the states website? We are capable of looking them up ourselves. Post something that is helpful and not time consuming for nothing!

Maybe he does it for people who don't know how. I haven't looked but there is usually an ignore setting, if it bothers you.

I did not see a way to ignore someone in setting, maybe admin can help.

Thanks R. W. You're exactly right and also for folks who don't have time to look up the info themselves.

A lot of the people on this forum are just trying to make money off of trying to be a mineral manager and charge for the help, not just help to help people. Some are lawyers looking for business under the false pretenses! I'll ignore who I want to. Give good advice and not just take up everyone's time by posting every permit in several counties and on the Haynesville Shell. Don't you have anything you can do that is helpful and constructive?

Mineral Owner,

This link will let you report your dislike to Kenny Dubose(Forum Founder). If Kenny or 1 of the Moderators tells me to quit my posting I will gladly do so. Until then I will continue. I don't complain about what you post or anyone else posting.

I had a wonderful weekend. Hope you had a wonderful weekend also.

Clint,

Your time and efforts are greatly appreciated by all of us in the county forum. I can’t imagine the time you save for everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to keep us updated. It is extremely beneficial!!

I have never seen anything that would lead me to believe that Clint is charging anyone. I have told people who asked if they could pay me that they owe me a cup of coffee if we ever meet. I don't know why you would even mention people who are on the board for commercial reasons in this thread. If you see something that you believe violates the terms of service for this forum, click on report an issue at the bottom of the page.

Mineral Owner,

I'm 73 years old and retired and don't charge anyone for the posting I do. This comes from the heart to try to help others. Thank you R W and Rice Owl for your input.

To Clint, I appreciate your kind efforts and think others you have helped would agree. Your gentlemanly responses to this rude and harsh posting further reinforce my impression of your character. (This persons tackless approach is sad.) BJ

Thanks BSJ,

I look at EVERY. SINGLE. LINK. Clint posts in the Houston County forum. This way, I don't waste my time checking every single day to see if there is new activity. I know if I see something from Clint that there is something new and I check it then. I greatly appreciate the time it takes to do this and hope that these links don't stop. I am getting excited seeing these permits start to move up from South of Crockett! Thank you, Clint!

Clint I appreciate everything you do for this forum also.

Thanks Clint

For the work that you do, I appreciate the links you are posting. TRRC has changed the way I can look up permits but with your link I am able to look at the Houston County permits again. Just ignore the nasty comments and keep doing what you do. My mother had a good saying.....Its better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. So if someone doesn't like your posts......they dont need to read them or comment on them.

Lynn,

Thanks for the kind words. The reason I haven't been posting for the last couple of days is my wife is back in the hospital. But I'll be back soon as she comes home. And I like the way your mother thinks. Very true.

Sorry to hear about your wife. My prayers to you both. Take care

My mother was a wise woman. Opps probably shouldn't say she was. Just because she isn't here anymore :) she still is a wise woman.
