I just saw on the ndic website that the permit on our well has been cancelled and is off the confidential well list. Does this mean that they are not going to drill at all?
Any help would be appreciated. 157-91-6
Thanks

Thelmarule, you are surrounded by decent production. Either the operator has bigger fish to fry or at least more urgent at the moment, or they think they have plenty of time. The operators have credit cards on file and can get a permit to drill in a day. Permits cost only $100 or about 8 cents an acre for a 1280.
I also recall your previous lessee telling you two years ago that you were held by continuing operations because a pad was built almost 3 years ago. The pad is probably still there, but they probably need to cut the grass on it.
