I’ve received a notice of an application for pooling hearing in September. Do i have enough time to hire an attorney to negotiate with paladin.
It is always more helpful if you put your state and county and abstract or section, township and range. Poolings are very different from state to state, so hard to answer without the location information.

I believe the hearing is on the 14th. Sure, you can hire an attorney & protest the hearing and get it continued to another date. You need to have a solid plan as to why you want to protest. What are you wanting to hire an attorney to do? Have you tried doing those same things yourself? Good Luck
