We were under the impression that they are to make this information available in order to sell or produce minerals in Oklahoma.
We had purchased other minerals from a relative in the same S-T-R in Oklahoma for our sister company in July 2024. We have mailed them certified documents & have not received any Division Order or payment for these minerals.
