Anyone have most current Texas lease language to shelter royalties from all post production costs? Heritage and Hyder cases have proven to be a boom for lawyers while stacking the deck in favor of the industry for many years.

Very difficult to get cost free royalty in Texas as the law allows it. Most folks ask for the 25% royalty in order to overcome that problem. Maybe a Texas attorney can speak to the issue.
