Price of Water for Fracing

I have recently been approached by CWEI about purchasing water off my property in Burleson County to be used for fracing a couple of new wells to be drilled on an adjacent property that I do not own. Has anyone sold their water to any of the drilling companies in this area and if so what price per barrel is fair?

$1 per BW is going rate in some areas. But others in Burleson should have better metrics

Thanks for the replies. So it doesn't appear that many people in Burleson Co. are actually selling their water to the drillers. Doing a little research it looks like some landowners in South Texas are getting between .35 to $2.00 per barrel of water. A pretty big spread. It appears to be a poorly defined market at this time. Hopefully it will become more consistent.
