Primary term paragraph wording on lease

Need suggestions for the best wording in the primary term paragraph of an Oklahoma lease. Specifically, can the following wording be improved upon to eliminate holding a lease with a well that’s not producing in paying quantities:

It is agreed that this lease shall remain in full force and effect for a primary term of Three (3) years from this date, and as long thereafter as oil, gas or the products of oil and gas are commercially produced and marketed from said leased premises, or drilling operations are continued as hereinafter provided.

As with all contracts, it is advisable to get professional legal help with any language changes. A good oil and gas attorney would be the person to ask this sort of question as they keep up with the law in their particular state. The wording may need to be different depending upon the state where the lease is to be used.
