The last lease I have in my name is 2004 and it says that I have 80 acres and the lot is 345 6 7 block 49 in Kleberg county Texas subdivision Kleberg county Texas.
Do you have an abstract number or name?
Can you type out the description exactly as it is on the lease because as typed above, it is not showing up.
The lease will have the gross parcel acreage, not your net mineral acreage.
How did you lease before if the will was not probated? Or is the 2004 lease in someone else’s name?
Don’t get your hopes up too much. There has only been one lease in Kleberg county in the last three years. Just not much activity at all. Only 10 wells in the last three years and mostly on King Ranch property.
