My sisters and I receive income from a well in Dewey County. In September we did not receive a check when we each had been receiving 900-1400 dollars each month. After more than one email attempt to the revenue department, I was finally told we had been overpaid previously and still owed them $218. When I asked when and what we had been overpaid for, they did not respond. In October I was expecting a check minus the $218 but received nothing for October either. I have again emailed the revenue department and have not received a reply. My past experience in calling them has not been good. End up leaving a message and no one returns the call. Anyway, communications with their mineral owners is not good. They have a section on their website for owners and I use the email for the revenue department. Any suggestions? Has anyone else had this problem with CR? I feel I am owed an explanation as to when and what they overpaid me on.
The OCC should be able to help. They have to pay you.
