Hi again! I’m trying to find out more information on my recently inherited oil mineral rights. I’m at a loss of how to even pose questions the right way, since I don’t know what I don’t know. This forum has been helpful to me to even get to a point where I know more what I SHOULD be asking. 
My mineral rights comprise 20 acres, within sections 11 & 12 in Eddy County. That’s all I know right now, since that’s all the info my brother had to give me.
Here are my questions:

Is this information enough to know who is actively producing in my area? (Any easy way to find that out, or anybody here know of a list of producers in these sections?)

If this information isn’t enough, what more information do I need?

What is all of the information that I, as a responsible mineral rights owner, should have about my mineral rights? (all I know is that I am now the owner of 20 acres mineral rights that exist within sections 11 & 12 of eddy county, New Mexico)
