Proper form to use for a Mineral Deed

What is the “official” form to be used for a mineral dee in Beckham County, OK? In 1990, our parents used Form 249-AF which was an approved form by the Mid-Continent Royalty Owners Association. Is there a more recent or better form to use these days?

It would be best if you contact an oil and gas attorney to get the deed worded properly. One wrong word can be very detrimental.
