Question on reversionary minerals

We purchased land from someone that owned 50% minerals and 50% reversionary (if no production). Who do the reversionary minerals go to when the time comes (us or the previous owner)? The owner did not address the reversionary in the warranty deed. It was just a standard warranty deed that did not hold back minerals (because it was understood that we were buying the property with minerals).

Normally it goes or reverts back to the surface and whomever owns it, you need to tells us exactly word for word what that deeds states that reserves that interest for us to be able to state for certain.

If you have to ask, both. The only way to say for certain is to know precisely and each conveyance can alter the outcome just by a couple words
