Who are the different companies leasing in Lane County and what are they going after? I have heard different things. Is there one company better than another.

I don't have the whole picture. To my knowledge Zenith and Larsen (Scout) are offering the usual rates or a little better. But another OK company is currently in talks offering a much better deal. Don't know yet who they are fronting for. Anyone else have any more info?
