I have minerals in 18N-20W, 18N-21W, and 19N-19W. Does anyone know who RD Davis is leasing for? I has to be a large operator because they have taken many leases all over the area.

I have leased with them and they were great to deal with.
He usually has pretty big tickets from big companies, at least that was Dwight Davis's way. This RD might be him ---probably his son. Have worked for D. Davis before--many years ago. Other than that little bit, I do not know.

RD Davis has given 1/5 on some leases around you. I would want a no deduction clause,limit on shut in clause,no limit to top lease to others before lease is up,would not give notice for failure to comply with lease by lessee, would not warrant title, would want depth clause and would not give option to renew lease.
