Received notice that “dismisses the motions to set cause for hearing”

My siblings and I, who all live outside of Oklahoma now, have been receiving "motion to set cause for hearing" notices from Barnes Law and Rebellion Oil for the past 3 months, or more, re. drilling by Rebellion on Sec. 2 and 11, 7N, 8W in Grady County. This week we received an agreement that “dismisses the motions to set cause for hearing” between Warwick-Ares, LLC, Warwick-Jupiter, LLC and Apache Corporation. Can anyone explain exactly what this means to us, the lowly shareholders? Will this clear the way for drilling by Rebellion? What does it mean re. any offers to lease or buy any of our shares? Limerock has been producting on Sec 2 for a number of years now. We also have been geting letters/calls from other interested parties. Comments?

Rebellion has had most of their causes in those two sections dismissed. There was a bit of fussing by Warwick and Apache who also hold acreage in there. There is a messy river meander there in 2 & 11, so I expect that the land situation for 2 and 11 is quite complicated. It may mean that Rebellion needs to back off for a bit and figure out the title situation due to the switching meanders. There is a request for a horizontal well still pending. But that is to spud in 2 and go north into 35.

The other bit is that Warwick-Ares and US Drilling company have their own pooling, horizontal, etc. pending, so maybe Rebellion backed out and the operator will be different. Hearings are supposed to be on May 8. See whose paperwork shows up first! Did you get any of their paperwork?
