Anyone have any information concerning a Noble Energy tank battery fire? (i.e. location, status, injuries)

Local news reports identify the location as the “Desta 7” site near intersection of Highway 17 and CR 131, about 12 miles South of Pecos. I have been unable to determine an API identification to pinpoint the exact location.
I read it was 12 miles SW of Pecos. Three tanks burned and apparently only one well was shut down. Noble states no injuries.

One mile east of the intersection of CR131 and FM869. Everyone from Noble parked on 869 and watched it burn itself out. CBS7 crew was there but I never saw the volunteer fire department show up. It was still burning when I passed by. One of the Noble pumpers checking the Noble produced water line into the SWD on my property told me about it, so I went to see.
