Hi All -

Total novice here - I have owned a 5 acre parcel in Reeves County for many years. How do I find out about mineral rights and desirability?

I have only been approached with lowball offers to purchase from other land companies.

Any help and advice would be appreciated.

If you list the block, abstract and section, someone may be able to help you with activity.
“Lowball” would be a comparitive term. Not all parts of Reeves are desirable.
