Reeves County, TX - Oil & Gas Discussion archives

I definitely recommend MineralWare. It’s what we use. Great people. Very reasonable. Mineralware.com

Thanks, Lynn Hansen. Primexx will soon be finished with their 16 inch gas gathering pipeline network on the west and east sides of Hwy 17. Should be a lot more drilling over the next 6 months to a couple of years.

I’m looking for an easy to use software package for mineral/well monthly revenue etc. This topic may have been issued previously.

Thanks

Hello Everyone,

My 3 brothers and I own 3.33 net mineral acres in the SE/4 of Section 136, Block 13.

In October a leasing Company offered us $2,200.00 per net mineral acre as a one-time signing bonus.

A 3 year paid up rental oil and gas lease.

A 1/4 royalty on marketable oil and gas for the life of the well.

We held out and have received other offers. Now the original leasing Company is offering $5000.00 per net mineral acre as a one-time signing bonus.

A 3 year paid up oil and gas lease

A 1/4 royalty.

Is this a fair offer?

Thanks for any help.

Sharon R.

Need help finding out what’s happening with 8 permitted wells. We own minerals & surface - Blk 57, Sec 3, PSL, A4560. Have been leased with Cimarex for a long time and understand from their landman that they have begun spudding these wells and will complete that process by year’s end. Can’t get good information as far as what the process is going forward. Have been on this forum for several years now and LOVE IT. Have learned so much but now that they are finally spudding, just would like some way to track things. What might we expect in the near future?Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cami,

You are right !! The people at Mineralware are connected with the TCU Energy Institute. If they were not a great outfit, TCU would not be dealing with them.

Based upon our experience, you can do much better.

John, why don’t you tell Sharon Rutan who you leased to? That might help.
