I received copies that were filed at the O.C.C. today. Our mineral interest is in Sec 14 and Sec 23 5S-3W Carter County. Applicant was 89 Energy II,LLC.
At $20 oil 89 Energy is toast, well done toast. As are all horizontal drillers & producers. So you can save that paperwork for kindling.
