Can one of 2 Reminderman of a living Estate sign a ratification and be a valid document. Mother owners minerals, son and daughter are equal owners WHEN she passes away, can the daughter be the only one to sign a ratification and it still be a legal document?
My experience has been no. Every Remainderman was required to sign a ratification.
