I was just curious to know if there is any reported activity or speculation in any of the sections of Township 3S Range 1W in Carter Co that anyone is aware of. Thanks in advance!
Carter has active leasing in 3S-1W in the last three years. There are permits and drilling scattered across Carter. You would have to be more specific with your section.

I currently have active leases in Sections 17 and 23 and the leasing company (Pointer Oil & Gas) recently contacted me with an offer to buy my interest in Section 23 even though there is still a year left on the lease.
I was just curious because, when I look at the County Clerk records, I do not see a whole lot of activity for that area. Maybe that is not a good indicator though.
Most offers I get to buy are because someone knows something and activity is coming. And most of them are low to what I would make from a well.
