How would you approach calling a fellow working interest owner that has the same Assignment of interests as you do, to gain additional information regarding current pay status of your wells, current operator, additional interests that you may not be aware of if newly inherited in the respective areas? This information is easily accessible online via the OCD website, so what should you have available when calling to gather information from the fellow working interest owners?
What state and county? Some of the info may be available online.
I have found everything that I could find on the Eddy County Website, county records and OCD. I’m looking to find those additional interests included in the other portion’s of the assignment/leases that have not been developed yet or were included in the original lease and I can only find partial assignments for some things and I need to know which Working interest owners are in pay status as well for APO STATUS.
